Engage Acts Differently

The Book of Acts continues the story of Jesus through the lives of His followers. It begins where the Gospels end—with the risen Lord commissioning His disciples and sending the Holy Spirit at Pentecost. From Jerusalem to Judea and Samaria and out to the ends of the earth, Acts traces how the good news spread through faith, courage, and divine power. Chapters 8–12 show the gospel’s expansion into surrounding regions through figures like Philip and Peter. Chapters 13–28 follow Paul’s missionary journeys as the message reaches the capitals of the ancient world. The book ends where it began—with open doors and ongoing mission, reminding readers that the story continues in God’s people today.
